Kate Halford is the lead guitarist of the band, Biggest Shrug. They have a tendency to host their concerts in Mondol-adjacent owned properties. That is, properties that Mondol wishes they could own, and has members that own, but cannot own as a company due to zoning laws. She has a powerful singing voice and an almost as powerful set of legs. She is a known troublemaker in Ninelives, Misuschaqua. She has a tendency to go off the rails.[1]
